Faith Galloway | Director, operations
She has 7+ years of working in the entertainment and music industries, supporting companies like Live Nation Entertainment and VICE Media Group. After three years, she went to explore opportunities at VICE / Refinery29 but has returned to BEM and serves as our Director of Operations!
Her interests outside of the office include ceramics, hot yoga, attending concerts and festivals, and hiking with two dogs, Chance and Finn, and her fiancé, Kyle.

Alicia Rohrbach | Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
Alicia spent the last seven years working for entertainment venues. Her traditional and digital advertising experience includes roles at PPL Center, Civic Theatre of Allentown, ArtsQuest, Musikfest, and the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs minor league baseball team. Alicia utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience in entertainment advertising, ticketing, and media buying for client success.
Whenever she is not hard at work in Pennsylvania, Alicia can be found consuming french fries on the beach listening to the ‘New Boots’ playlist on Spotify.

Callie Donovan | Ad operations specialist
Callie puts her degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech to incredible use at BEM. She has provided content creation, implementation, and digital advertising operations for a variety of clients, such as the International Entertainment Buyers Association, The Festival Group, Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater, Canaan Entertainment Services, Bavarian Bierhaus, and more.
Callie constantly discovers new ways to express herself and strives to carry that imagination into her work. When her mind finally takes a break, she enjoys spending her time exploring new places and finding new music to listen to on spontaneous road trips with friends.

Amanda diamand | Senior media buyer
Amanda is Philly-based, but a Jersey girl at heart with 20 years of experience in the industry. She helps clients reach their target audience by creating campaigns that encompass traditional and innovative media platforms. Amanda has worked at the Harlem Globetrotters, Sovereign Bank Arena, and Comcast Spectacor. Amanda thrives on seeing fans enjoy the experiences.
You can find her at the beach with her family, camping, going on road trips, or attending concerts and sporting events in her free time.

Kieran “Kiwi” Bailey | Content Marketing specialist
Straight out of ‘Da Yoop’, Kiwi is a professional fangirl turned entertainment marketing strategist, blending her passion for music and community with over 15 years of expertise in digital strategy. Known for her data-driven approach, she has helped artists, festivals, and businesses elevate their online presence while setting industry standards along the way.
Her work has been featured on AboutPR.com, Nashville Voyager, and MMagazine. When she’s not crafting campaigns, you can find her chasing 90s boyband nostalgia, obsessing over stationary, or planning her next concert adventure.

CAM ELKINS | Senior account MANAGER
Cam was born and raised in Connecticut and graduated from Ohio State. He previously worked at Legend Valley Concert Venue and The Summit Music Hall, where he created digital marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales.
In his free time, you find Cam hosting his podcast, at a music festival, or hiking with friends.

Alyssa mata guzman | Senior account manager
Alyssa grew up in the suburbs of Nashville and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where she obtained a degree in Media Management with double minors in Interactive Media and Public Relations. Alyssa’s hands-on approach has impressed BEM’s clients. Not only does she support engagement, but she is responsible for implementing strategies that convert.
You can count on Alyssa to continually expose you to new music. If she's not at a concert, you can catch her listening to The Band Camino, LANY, Briston Maroney, or The 1975 in her earphones.

alyssa Bullock | Account MANAGER
Alyssa graduated from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, obtaining degrees in Marketing and Theatre. During her time at BEM, she has impressed our clients with her creativity, knowledge of social media and marketing, and willingness to get the job done.
You can catch Alyssa acting, baking, playing with her dogs, or reading in her spare time.

HANNAH DENSON | ACCOUNT MANAGER
Hannah is a marketing enthusiast with a passion for turning dreams into reality. With a degree in Public Relations and a minor in international communication, she's been shaping success stories and increasing small business lead generation for nearly a decade.
Hannah has lived all over the US, Europe, and Australia, giving her a global perspective that fuels creativity. In her free time, you'll find Hannah searching for new music, cheering at a Preds game, and laughing at Zanies Comedy Club.

EMMA SPRAGUE | ACCOUNT MANAGER
Emma grew up in Long Beach, California, and is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she obtained a degree in Theatre Arts. She currently lives in Chicago, IL. Previously, Emma worked as a Marketing Manager for Nederlander National Markets where she led comprehensive marketing and press campaigns for multiple touring Broadway series markets.
Out of the office, Emma enjoys attending various live events, creating new things for her small business, and hanging by the lake with her husband and pup, Penelope! Let's welcome Emma as BEM's newest Account Manager.

peyton STANTON | ACCOUNT Manager
Peyton is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Communications Management and Design degree. She also earned a double minor in Graphic Design and Integrated Marketing Communications. Peyton's experience includes creating content for engagement on clients' social media channels and newsletter campaigns.
After hours, her favorite hobbies are photography, hiking, and attending country concerts when she can!

BRITTANY KENNER | SENIOR account coordinator
Brittany is a graduate of Murray State University with a bachelor of science degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. She’s worked with clients such as Santa Clara Fairgrounds, Bavarian Bierhaus, Sol Fest Music & Arts Festival, and Lexington Opera House. Brittany has continuously impressed our clients while supporting campaign success.
At heart, Brittany is a writer with a passion for reading and creating. When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her family or listening to music.

Alexis is an Ohio native and attended The Ohio State University, where she pursued her passion for music. Her previous experience includes working for a promoter, a rock radio station, a catalog label, an artist management services company, an affiliate marketing company, and a global booking agency.
Her lust for life leads her on nature walks, sewing, or being on a road trip when she's not working.

Allie becker | Account Coordinator
Allie graduated from the University of Alabama in December with a degree in Advertising and Psychology. At UA, she was a strategist on the Coca-Cola United client team for Capstone Agency. She also interned with Alabama Hockey and Active Transportation Alliance, where she developed a passion for working in the events and entertainment industry.
On the weekend, you can catch Allie drawing, relaxing at the beach, or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

Jared berlin | Account coordinator
Hailing from Kansas City, Jared graduated from Missouri State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Management. A passionate musician, he plans on making his way to Nashville soon.
Outside of BEM, you can catch him finding unique pieces while out thrifting and drinking coffee.

Philip Daniels | Account coordinator
Philip hails from Mount Airy, North Carolina (Mayberry to you few remaining Andy Griffith fans…), and now calls Chicago, Illinois, his home! He graduated from Appalachian State University in May with a B.S. in Music Industry Studies with a concentration in Marketing & Promotion and a minor in General Business.
Out of the office, he enjoys exploring the city through food or looking for quirky antiques or vintage clothes in thrift stores! He’s all ears for food recs from any Chicago locals. As always, let’s Go Hawks!

Joscelyn graduated from the University of Iowa where she earned a degree in Marketing and minored in Spanish. She has an unwavering passion for branding, creativity, and entertainment. Her previous experience includes working alongside Transamerica and iBotta as a marketing consultant.
When she’s not advancing her marketing skills, you can find Joscelyn binge-watching psychological thrillers or listening to Travis Scott’s entire discography.

Doug graduated from Miami University, where he received a degree in Entrepreneurial Music Business. His experience includes interning at Weird Music, expanding his sales knowledge at Nations Lending, and managing his former band, Wicked Messenger.
When he’s not assisting clients, you can find him teaching drum lessons, rocking out at concerts, or watching his beloved Cincinnati Bengals.

Ryleigh is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors in Digital Media and Communication Studies and a Masters in Integrated Marketing and Professional Communication. She is a Florida native who recently made the exciting move to Nashville, TN.
With a background in dance, theater, and pageantry, Ryleigh has always had a passion for the entertainment and live event industries! In her free time, she loves trying out a new workout class, exploring the city, or listening to a juicy true-crime podcast.

Tyler has nearly a decade of professional graphic design experience. He has worked for Alternative Press Magazine, Vans Warped Tour, Hopeless Records, and many artists and record labels. He is responsible for content that encourages awareness and engagement.
You can find Tyler enjoying hockey, playing the guitar, songwriting, high fashion, or discovering great vegan food on the weekends.

Matt LEVENHAGEN | SENIOR WEBSITE DEVELOPER
Matt started building websites around 2003 and has since built hundreds of websites to promote products in many markets. Beyond web design, his expertise includes affiliate marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and web design and development.
He advocates striving for the perfect work-life balance, loves to hang out with his labrador with a mug of coffee, and has an affinity for Dunkin’ Donuts.

Tara Mulligan | BOOKKEEPER
Tara was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and graduated from Manhattan College with a BS in Civil Engineering. After working at various utilities across the country, she switched careers and has provided bookkeeping services since 2012.
When she's not keeping BEM's finances in order, you can find her learning the tin whistle or watching her family and friends play Gaelic Football & Hurling, both in the US and Ireland. Tara is a foodie who loves to cook, especially when a recipe calls for ingredients from her herb and vegetable garden.

katie greco | HUMAN RESOURCES advisor
Katie was born and raised in Amsterdam, NY, and graduated from Nazareth College, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management. With seven years of experience, she’s contributed to implementing HR practices.
When Katie is not working hard for BEM's team, you can find her spending time with her family, playing outdoors, or traveling.

Georgia Bauer | Assistant to the Prez
Georgia brings an enthusiastic spirit to BEM with her hard work and dedication to all she pursues. With a loyal heart and drive to give those around her the best experience, she truly embodies the spirit of BEM.
She enjoys long walks, play with her 2 brothers and enjoys a good treat at the end of a hard work day.
