Summer 2025 – Entertainment Marketing Internship (Unpaid)

Bauer Entertainment Marketing (www.BauerEM.com), is looking for a dynamic professional to support  its marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in  music, sports, entertainment, marketing, or technology.  

As an Entertainment Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting on marketing initiatives and client projects. Daily activities include,  but are not limited to, creating and curating content (written and visual), conducting research,  composing reports, implementing branding, and anything else BEM deems necessary.  

This position reports to the Senior Account Coordinator and supports our team of project managers and account  coordinators. This is an unpaid internship that will correspond with your educational study / school credit  requirements.  

This internship can be done from our workspace in East Nashville and/or remotely.  

The length of the internship has an expected, but flexible, start in April and completion in August.

Qualifications:  

• Current graduate student or undergraduate Junior or Senior  

• Business, music, marketing, design, or psychology-focused degrees preferred  

• Strong interest in entertainment and technology industries  

• Experience in startups, marketing, and the entertainment industry are a bonus, but not required  Hard Skills:  

• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills (Preference given to great copywriters)  

• Detailed knowledge of and experience with social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google products  

• Aptitude for graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe)  

• Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Facebook, Google, AdRoll)  

Soft Skills:  

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision 

• Great people skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues in-person and remotely 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and productive while managing multiple tasks at once  

• Needs to be told things only once, but not afraid to ask for clarification  

• Capacity to get work done in a fast-paced environment not confined to a typical “9 to 5” day  

• Strong problem-solver and adept at anticipating opportunities  

• Seeks, welcomes, and uses constructive criticism to learn, grow, and improve

  Summer 2025 – Business Development Internship (Unpaid)

Bauer Entertainment Marketing (www.BauerEM.com), is looking for a dynamic professional to support its sales initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in music, sports, entertainment, marketing, or technology.

Primary responsibilities will be to identify potential clients, assist with proposals and agreements, establish new prospective client relationships, drive new revenue for the company, and organize and maintain the current CRM system. The Business Development Internship also serves as a launch point for exploring multiple areas and opportunities.

We are looking for an outgoing candidate with passion for entrepreneurship, the ability to learn quickly and execute with excellence, organization skills, attention to detail, and superior communication skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, and have a deep commitment to growth and learning. 

This position reports to the Business Development Administrator. This is an unpaid internship that will correspond with your educational study / school credit requirements.

Bauer Entertainment Marketing (www.BauerEM.com), is looking for a dynamic professional to support its graphic design initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in music, sports, entertainment, marketing, or technology.  

You will be responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives and client projects. Daily activities include but are not limited to, preparing images to coincide with social and blog posts, assisting with website and blog updates, creating various logos, creating and updating various sales collateral, and anything else BEM deems necessary.  

This position reports to the Sr. Graphic Designer and supports our team of project managers and account coordinators. This unpaid internship will correspond with your educational study/school credit requirements.  

This internship can be done from our workspace in East Nashville and/or remotely.  

The length of the internship has an expected, but flexible, start in April and completion in August.

Qualifications:  

• Current graduate student or undergraduate Junior or Senior 

• Business, music, marketing, design, or psychology-focused degrees preferred  

• Strong interest in entertainment and technology industries

• Computer knowledge for both Mac and PC

• Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills

• Must be proficient in basic graphic design programs (e.g., Canva, Adobe)

Summer 2025 – HR Internship (Unpaid)

Bauer Entertainment Marketing (www.BauerEM.com), is looking for a dynamic professional to support  its Human Resources initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in human resources within the entertainment, marketing, and sports industry.  

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR Advisor with day-to-day operations while gaining valuable experience across multiple HR functions, but mainly the recruiting function.  This internship provides an excellent opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside an experienced HR professional in a collaborative environment.

Daily activities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with recruiting processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination

• Support onboarding activities for new employees

• Help maintain employee records 

• Participate in research projects related to HR best practices, benefits, surveys, etc.

• Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives

• Provide administrative support for performance management processes

• Contribute to HR policy and procedure updates
